Jointing Technique – Pictorial Guide

Material Required:

• Alcorr Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipes
• Sealing ring appropriate size
• Lubricant (if required)
• Labor for jointing pipe: 2 nos.
• Labor for installation: as per size and site requirement

Step 1:

Alcorr Pipe

Step 2:

Sealing Ring

Step 3:

Put ring on first corrugation valley

Step 3b:

Fixing of Ring

Step 4:

Ensure Ring is well seated on pipe

Step 5:

Bring Pipe closer, and arrange for joining device

Step 6:

Using any simple tool, push pipes together up to the homing mark

Pipes are now successfully jointed and are 100% leak proof
